iPod2Copy
This is one of the most complete tools for transferring files, folders, music CDs, audio, DVDs, videos, etc. iPod2Copy is simple to use and uses two panels: one for the source and the other for the destination. Just drag and drop the content or folder you want to transfer into the source panel and the destination folder into the other panel and the software does the rest. You can also transfer playlists and copy the list content to the specified location in the specific format. When you make a backup of the entire contents of the iPod, backup copies of all the playlists will be made and can then be imported into iTunes.
